Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at xploregoods@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and assist you through the return process. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll help you find the right product and guide you through the exchange process. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for the exchange to be processed.

Once we receive the exchanged item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets the exchange policy requirements. If all is in order, we’ll process your exchange within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees may apply for exchanged items.
